Our Meetings are open to non member clubs if you run a trial or hunt test in Ohio please plan on
attending the State Priority meetings. ODW dispenses important information for all clubs at our
meeting and we will put your events on the Calender we submit to ODNR to hold as priority
dates on State Grounds. We invite you to attended and find our organization beneficial to you
and become a member club.
Trial winner reports and recording fees for 2011 trials are due immediately
following your trial If you have already submitted your reports and fees thank you.
Trial Report form is available to download and submit with a copy of your AKC or
American Field Trial reports.
With more clubs wanting dates and less dates available it is important for clubs to
timely submit their recording fees and trial reports and to pay dues on time. Dues
and recording fees need to be paid prior to the bi annual meetings.
Also reminder that if you are changing your Club Delegate or will have one of your
alternates representing you at meetings I need to have that information in writing.
You can send the changes by email. The Club Profile form is on the website on
the forms page. Down load the form and update your clubs contact information
